Hot Water Dispenser Servicing ServiceLink - Peace of Mind Guaranteed ServiceLink is our comprehensive maintenance and service package.  It includes: 24 Hour Response If you report a fault, we will get an engineer on site to fix it.  Servicing Every six months, we will inspect and service your Hot Water Dispenser.  We will strip it back and ensure that it is good for another 6 months of use replacing any parts as necessary. When we're there, we clean and sanitise your machine so well, we exceed EPDWA standards. We will change the filters and supply you with a traceable documentation so we remain fully accountable to you. Our Engineers Our engineers are all fully trained and expert in the entire Thirstpoint range.  The service the provide far outstrips the standards set by EPDWA - the European Point of Use Drinking Water Association.
