This costs you absolutely nothing. It is 100% free of charge. It is all done entirely at our expense.

Site Survey

The first thing we will do is send out one of our surveyors to inspect your location, discuss your needs and agree a suitable position.  We do not charge extra for having to pipe water in from a distance, but we do need to be realistic about what can be achieved!

We need to identify a suitable position with access to 220/240 volt power, ideally a 13 amp fused spur.  And the location should be within 3 metres of a waste water drain.  We then need to identify the nearest possible water supply (15 mm copper mains or designated drinking supply).

Your Hot Water Dispenser needs to be fixed to a suitable wall. it should be either a solid wall or fixed to internal or external studs if appropriate being able to support the weight of machine & water.

Bearing all this in mind, we will help you get the best position for your new appliance.

Once the position has been agreed, we will arrange a suitable time with you for our engineers to come to your premises and fit it.

Inevitably, there will be a little disruption, but our team have been trained to keep it to an absolute minimum.

Having fitted thousands of Water Dispensers, we know how best to complete the task in the minimum amount of time, with the least impact on the organisation.

With the installation complete, we will tidy up and leave you with your dispenser in place and ready to use.

All the fittings we use are WRAS approved.
