• Arrange a Site Survey
  One of our fully trained engineers will visit and help identify the best position for your new water dispenser.  It needs to be in striking distance of an electrical source and it has to be possible to get to a water source.  We don't mind whether the water source is a long way off.  It just needs to be feasible to get it to the desired location.  This costs you nothing and there is no obligation for you to continue at this stage.
• Installation
  After the survey, we will arrange for an engineer  to come and install your machine.  All fittings are WRAS approved and our engineers will do their best to minimise disruption and mess.  Once installed, they will commission the machine, ensure it is working properly and leave you to enjoy it.
• Free Trial
  Your trial has now begun!  Make use of the machine and make sure it lives up to your expectations.  We want you to be happy with it!
• Removal
  If, for any reason, you are not happy with your new machine, let us know before your trial expires and we will come and uninstall the appliance
